The most vulnerable we’ve ever been
Lauren Cook, Founder
The truth is I always knew my office closet at COS would be a podcast studio. Seriously! The 3’ x 7’ space, outfitted with 1980s-style accordion doors, was meant for magic. Now that it’s happening, alongside my co-host and dear friend Charlotte, I’m finding that magic comes with a big dose of vulnerability. I even told her after we recorded the first episode, “I think I have a vulnerability hangover.”
But our only rule from the start was to be real. That’s why I knew years ago I wanted to do a podcast with Charlotte. She’s the most real, honest, and direct person I’ve ever known (she’s also hilarious). So I’m more real and honest by her side. Authenticity is contagious, apparently!
Charlotte and Lauren recording one of the first podcasts. We feel at home in our cozy closet space. We hope you feel at home listening.
So now it is time to invite you to join us on this adventure. Is our podcast worth your very valuable time? Here’s our answer:
If you’re interested in compassion and companionship as we journey through the creative life, join us.
If you want to feel you’re not alone to doubt your dreams, join us.
If you want to laugh and cry (at the same time) about how hard and beautiful life can be, join us.
If you want to hear inspiring stories from beautiful souls, join us.
Charlotte’s laugh is one of the best parts of the COS Podcast.
The COS crew spilling out of the closet as we record a team-themed episode (stay tuned!). The hearts + minds of this group are part of everything we do at COS.
