She believes when we are deeply connected to our own stories — all that makes us who we are — we can authentically connect with the people, ideas, and environment around us. This leads to meaningful work and meaningful lives.
Charlotte Moore (she/her)
Senior Producer
Charlotte Moore is a career journalist and storyteller with more than 25 years of experience in news media. The Austin, Texas native was nine years old when she was first published in The Villager, her community newspaper. She’s been writing ever since.
Anne Bannister (she/her)
LEAD Storyteller
Anne is a photographer and filmmaker drawn to stories of human connection. A sixth-generation Kansan and Texan, she is inspired by the landscapes, communities, and distinct beauty of the two states she calls home. For more than a decade, her work has focused on telling stories that build empathy, deepen understanding, and invite people into collective action.

Victoria Wang is a researcher and former early childhood educator who grounds her work in her lived experiences growing up in Texas as a second-generation Chinese American.

As a native of the Rio Grande Valley, Andrea uses her experience of living by the border to create inclusive communication strategies. Andrea is an innovative strategic communicator with experience in bilingual writing, public relations, and digital communications.
