Feeling disconnected?
We’re offering a limited number of one-week sprints to connect your organization to your authentic story.
Your organization exists to serve.
That’s what purpose-driven individuals, nonprofits, and companies do. You may feel very grounded in what you do, but are you connected to and communicating who you are? Do your supporters, beneficiaries, and partners connect with that story? Do they feel they’re a part of the story? Does your story compel them to act?
We’re offering a limited number of one-week sprints this fall (September / October / November 2025) to help organizations connect to their stories and deepen impact. You give us time with your organization and in one business week, Connecting Our Stories (COS) will provide:
A mini audit of: organizational communications strategy; key communications campaigns/content; and recent storytelling/social media content
Up to three listening circles facilitated by COS made up of your choice of: communications team members; other staff; executives; board members; program partners; or beneficiaries
A customized Connections Roadmap with recommendations on how to center and communicate your organization’s story to your focus audience groups
Has your organization ever wondered . . .
“Our followers see a lot of what we do, but do they connect with who we are?”
"How can we communicate to our audience that we remain committed to our mission and vision?”
“Do funders/supporters really understand our impact?”
“Do people feel emotionally connected to our work?”
“Is our humanity coming through in our work?”
“Are we telling our story in ways that will grow and deepen our supporter base?”
“Is our staff motivated by the stories we tell?”
“Can our board members describe who we are at our core?”
“We used to get lots of traction for our stories/posts, but now it doesn’t seem like we’re connecting.”

By connecting to your story, internally and externally, your organization will:
Experience greater connection and motivation among staff and teams
Connect more deeply with focus audiences and supporters
More authentically communicate in collaboration with the people, creatures, or land you serve (aka beneficiaries)
